Learn By Heart is a language learning platform that provides collaborative document editing, spaced repetition flashcards, AI-powered vocabulary enrichment (including automatic translations and example sentences), interactive assignments, and pronunciation feedback. Features may change over time as the platform evolves.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. The Service is intended for educational use in school and personal learning contexts.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learn By Heart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
